How Intelligent Upload Works

  • Automatically detects devices (copier configurations) vs accessories (trays, fax, toner)
  • Auto-links all accessories to all devices on the same sheet
  • Recognizes categories (Paper Trays, Fax Kits, Finishers, Consumables, etc.)
  • Updates pricing for existing items and creates new ones
  • Devices must exist first — use the "Add Single Product" tab or ask a SuperAdmin to create the base device with full specs before uploading accessories
