How Intelligent Upload Works
- • Automatically detects devices (copier configurations) vs accessories (trays, fax, toner)
- • Auto-links all accessories to all devices on the same sheet
- • Recognizes categories (Paper Trays, Fax Kits, Finishers, Consumables, etc.)
- • Updates pricing for existing items and creates new ones
- • Devices must exist first — use the "Add Single Product" tab or ask a SuperAdmin to create the base device with full specs before uploading accessories

Upload Accessories
Bulk import accessories from a spreadsheet and link to devices
- • Upload a spreadsheet with Column A = Part Number and Column B = Description
- • New accessories are created; existing ones (by part number) are updated
- • Optionally select a device to auto-link all accessories to it
- • Supports .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files
